Day of God’s Glory
Aglow Switzerland held an event this month in its national capital, Bern. Aglow National President, Ingeborg Heri wrote to us and shared the following letter about the event:
We recently held a national Aglow event in Switzerland on May 2, 2026, in our federal city of Bern, titled “Day of God’s Glory.
Note: Switzerland does not have a capital city, but the term “federal city” is somewhat similar; it is rooted in our covenant with God, as our Federal Constitution begins with the words: “In the name of God Almighty” …
With this day, we took up the mandate of Israel and our “being grafted” into these roots, as Asher also addressed at the Europe Conference in Italy.
We set up a room of silence with 7 stations, featuring paintings created by Vroni Näf, my deputy.
Stations:
1-3) “God who has redeemed us, brings us out, and separates us from evil; the God of new transformation and the new person in life.”
4) “God who gives the Holy Spirit,” who guides us in this new transformation
5) “God who is the Source/Head/Beginning of All.” It is the place of the wake-up call, the search for truth.
6) “God of Reconciliation.” (It is the place of repentance for what was recognized above, of penance, conversion, and reconciliation.)
7) “God who establishes His Kingdom.” (It is the place to celebrate freedom and to be aware that we are in this world but not of this world.)
There were deliverances and healings on this day, and we experienced the glory of God powerfully.
In the afternoon, a few participants took to the streets of Bern with the Gospel to talk to people about this wonderful God.
We were all greatly blessed.
