Who remembers the Aglow Magazine? As I write this, I am imagining hundreds (or maybe thousands) of women around the world raising their hands saying, “Me! I remember!” The Aglow Magazine was a beloved part of Aglow’s history, and while it is no longer a produced resource of Aglow International, the contents within the former copies are an absolute treasure in our archives. And it is a blessing to be able to share these pieces of treasure with all of you! As I was flipping through the January/February 1984 edition, I turned a page and saw the “Prayer Calendar.”

The page says,

Thursdays have been set aside as days of prayer and fasting for Aglow. We trust that our Prayer Calendar will be an encouraging tool for Aglow women as we pray corporately on Thursdays and every day for the special needs God has given.

This treasured piece of Aglow’s history is a beautiful reminder of the many incredible ways the Lord has established Aglow’s steps over 58 years in ministry.
