Wells of Revival

On Saturday, August 29, Hackley Park in Muskegon, Michigan, became a gathering place for worship, prayer, and a fresh stirring of God’s Spirit. Wells of Revival, hosted by Awake to Your Purpose, brought together churches and various ministries from across Muskegon County with one desire—to see Jesus lifted high and His Presence move throughout the community

Several area pastors shared throughout the day as several hundred people gathered to worship, pray, fellowship, and believe for God to move in Muskegon County. Families, churches, and community members came together, creating a beautiful picture of the Body of Christ united around the Name of Jesus.

Tami Nederhoed, President of the Aglow International Southwest Michigan Area Team, was honored that the team was invited to host a booth and participate in this special gathering. Tami said, “Throughout the day, our team had the privilege of praying with people, encouraging hearts, listening to stories, and sharing the hope and love of Jesus. We were reminded once again that sometimes a simple conversation or a heartfelt prayer can become a divine appointment.”

“One of the most powerful moments of the day came when a young woman made the decision to surrender her life to Jesus. A life was changed, a heart was awakened, and Heaven rejoiced! What a privilege to witness the transforming power of God firsthand.”

“As Aglow, we believe this is what revival looks like—the Church coming together, hearts turning toward Jesus, prayer rising, and lives being transformed. Wells of Revival was more than a community event; it was an opportunity to partner with what God is already doing in Muskegon County.”

“We left Hackley Park encouraged and expectant, believing that God is digging deep wells of revival in our region. We are praying that what began as a gathering of churches will continue to grow into a greater movement of prayer, unity, evangelism, and awakening throughout our communities.”

The wells are being opened. The Church is rising. And Jesus is being glorified!
