Define the moment!

The following is a daily thought taken from Nancy McDaniel’s social media Facebook account:

As we approach the month of September, with just four months remaining in this year, let us come together to declare and decree blessings, purpose, and divine favor over our lives.

Aglow International, you are His champions on this earth— shining His light, standing in faith, and advancing His kingdom with boldness and love.

Let us walk forward with confidence, guided by His promises, and decree victory, abundance, and divine alignment in all that we do.

Declarations and Decrees:

• I decree you have a future and a great hope. God has fixed permission in your favor. The lights are green – just GO!
• I declare that you are battle-ready. You are mantled for victory.
• I declare that there is no lack of strength, vitality, or resources for your assignments – you are inseparably entwined in the strength of God’s all-sufficiency.
• I decree TRANSFORMATION has become your weapon to dismantle old mindsets, to crush old patterns of defeat and lack, and to open new paths for the power of God manifest in the earth.
• I declare this year is a Defining Moment in your nation. 2025 is a Defining Moment on the earth. I decree that Heaven is defining our future.

Crafted Prayer for Aglow International Virtual Conference

Father,

As we gather in the Name of Your Son, the One Who has taken the scroll: The Lamb heaven sang of, “Worthy are You to take the scroll and to break its seals; for You were slain, and You purchased people for God with Your blood from every tribe, language, people and nation. You have made them into a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign upon the earth.”

We respond as heaven responds, saying, with a loud voice, “Worthy is the lamb that was slain to receive power, wealth, wisdom, might, honor, glory, and blessing!” And as heaven fell down in worship, we fall down in worship!

As we gather in this New Era, we bless You for the new thing you are doing in our midst. And from time zone to time zone, as You establish Your Presence throughout the earth, we ask You to sit down among us! Let heaven come to earth! Let Your Great Name be enthroned in our hearts. Let Your Kingdom be established in every nation! Let every tongue cry aloud of Your salvation! Let every breath be filled with Your praise! Let every dry bone come to life!

Astonish us, oh God, with Your Eternal Goodness. Restore wonder among us. Let Your promised miracles abound! Let every Word You’ve released over Aglow International intersect with this Kairos time of our gathering! Let today be the day of its fulfilment! Enlarge our heats to receive all that You have for us! And may the Army of Aglow arise in fulness throughout the earth!

Prophetic Declarations

From the moment they are spoken, prophetic words belong to us and must become as real in our hearts as they are in the heart of God. As the prophetic word is spoken, see God standing in the future, speaking back to you in the present. He is telling you who you are becoming. Be encouraged!

God’s Call Upon Aglow Has Never Diminished

At last year’s conference, A New Day, former President/CEO Jane Hansen Hoyt recalled with us how the call of God upon Aglow has never diminished. In her message, God’s Call Upon Aglow Has Never Diminished, she laid out a timeline of Aglow as it relates to what was happening in the world at large, overlaying it with our famous scripture from Esther 4:14, “who knows whether you have been called for such a time as this?” Below are some key words Jane put us in remembrance of as she highlighted Aglow’s role in the earth through these prophetic words given to Aglow!

• Isaiah 22:22
  • In 2004, Dutch Sheets was with us. He spoke out of Isaiah 22:22, and he said, “Aglow. 22 is your number. I’ve given you the key. I’ve given you the key. Aglow, I’ve given you the key! I’ve given you the key!”
• A Company of Mary’s
  • It was also in the decade of the 2000’s that Asher Intrater spoke to Aglow. He’s spoken many times. He said Aglow is a company of Mary’s who will partner with Heaven to usher in the return of Christ.
• Graham Cooke– 2014
  • I release you from the bonds of sacrifice of learning to be faithful. I release you from that because you have proved yourself. You have stood and stood and stood and walked and spoken, and you have become powerful, but now I will teach you what power really is.  I release you from sacrifice. I release you into abundance. I release you into favor. I release you into fullness. So I take away all limitations and I release you into the same place. This is your time to arise; this is the time of your arising like a hot air balloon. I break all the things that would tether you to the earth, and I call you to rise up, level after level after level. All that you once were is gone, and a whole new Aglow has taken its place. This is your time to praise, and it is why I want you living in Majesty because Majesty will provoke you to discover Me in all My fullness

Father,

Thank You for all you have invested in Aglow through the decades! As we remember the words given to us corporately before Your Throne, may we rise up into all You are calling us to be, for Jesus’ sake! Aglow: THIS IS WHO WE ARE BECOMING!

Surrounding Israel in Prayer

There is much pressure from the nations for a “Two-State Solution.” But, we pray according to God’s Word as it declares in Psalms 105: 9-11 (One New Man Bible) “Which covenant He made with Abraham and His oath to Isaac, and confirmed the same to Jacob for a statue (decree), to Israel for an everlasting covenant saying, ‘To you I shall give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance.’”

• We pray for the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge, that the leaders of the nations of the world will come to the understanding that God’s Word is true, forever settled in Heaven (Ps. 119:89).
• We pray Psalms 33:10-11, “The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to naught. He makes the devices of the peoples of no effect. The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations.” We pray for the United Nations to come in line with the Word of the Living God.
• We pray that the nations will not be intimidated by or fearful of ungodly threats posed upon them. (Proverbs 29:25 “The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe”).
• We pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalms 122:6) through the Prince of Peace, Yeshua.
• We pray for the salvation of the Jews and Gentiles according to 2 Peter 3:9: “It is not God’s will that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance.”

Summon the Nations!

Aglow International is called to take the Light of Jesus, bring hope, and build the Kingdom in all communities, cities, and nations.

• “Look! You will summon nations you’ve never heard of! Nations who have never heard of you will come running to follow you because Yahweh, your God, the Holy One of Israel, has glorified you.” Isaiah 55:5 TPT
• “He will lift up a banner to signal the distant nations; He whistles for them to come from the ends of the earth. Look! Here they come, running swiftly and speedily!” Isaiah 5:26 TPT
• “I will whistle for them and gather them in, for I have redeemed them, and they shall be as many as they were before!” Zechariah 10:8 ESV

Aglow in the Gates of the Nations

We are praying for Aglow to be affiliated in every nation of the world! We are very close to reaching that goal. Let’s continue to move forward together, a company of champions and global leaders of significance, to see Every nation touched, every heart changed.

Pray also for these nations of Europe where Aglow has a presence. Pray for greater influence on earth as it is in Heaven! Pray for new leaders to arise! Pray for younger generations as they respond to the call of God!

A Note and A Prayer

A lady I have worked with is famous for using words that are over my head. She has a very broad vocabulary. In fact, one day as I was sitting with her, she asked me to look up a word in the dictionary that I had never heard. It caught me off guard. I had worked with her for 14 years. When I first started, I would secretly look up the words she used when I didn’t understand them. Well, on this day, when she asked me to look it up, I found out how she knew so many words. God had been speaking them to her! I was surprised! So on that day, He used a word she didn’t know, and then she asked me to look it up! But He was defining a moment for her in terms of her business. In order for her to get on the same page as He was, He introduced a new vocabulary word to her.

Nancy’s words to us in the opening of this prayer target were about “defining the moment.” The word define according to Google, means to “mark out the boundaries or limits to.” Heaven is marking out the boundaries of our lives through the various words that have been spoken to us, both personally and corporately. It is imperative that we not only understand these words, but that we release them as decrees into the atmosphere, so that we get on the same page as heaven! Sometimes it can seem like there is no movement in the prophetic words we’ve been given simply because we are not partnering with heaven in declaring them!

Lord, help us to release our prophetic words into the atmosphere! Empower us to use these decrees and those You will continue to give us to help shape our future to match what has already been written in advance in Your book! May we use this Decade of the Mouth to cause acceleration into Your plans for our lives! And may we help you to define each moment, as You define our future!
