Helen Joy Duperree, State Prayer Coordinator in Pennsylvania, has been diligent in leading a group of children who are mostly descendants of Aglow women who passed away during COVID. The Lord instructed her to reach out to the grandchildren of those women and because of that contact, the Zip Code prayer groups were birthed. Now there is a group of children ages 3-12 who are growing in their ability to hear from Heaven and speak what they hear out on earth into their assigned zip codes in Pennsylvania.
Helen said, “It is moving to me that the two legs of Aglow are prayer and evangelism. Really, this is how this was birthed. The evangelism piece was in my going out to make contact and establish relationships with their parents which led to the children becoming involved in prayer. Each young person has an assigned number of zip codes, a prayer journal, and a weekly prayer call that they attend.
This whole endeavor continues to grow. The Lord gave me a series of books for children which are near release. My employer, Nancy Hansen, knowing about the books, shares when appropriate with people she is sharing with by phone.
Recently my boss was on the phone with an intercessor from South Carolina. As Nancy mentioned the books for children, the Lord gave a vision to the lady about the education system in America during the ’40s and ’50s. She said that she felt the Lord say that He would use these books to help bring Christian Education back to the classroom. She went so far as to say that when the books are published, she would like to give them to 2 different schools in South Carolina!
When God begins to blow life into a new thing He is behind, expect it to grow as the fire He began gets brighter. Our ‘yes’ to Him takes us through doors we never imagined and they open places in the Spirit where God wants to land something of Himself.”
Let us all lift our hands toward Pennsylvania, and add our faith to this move of God that has reached right into the middle of this current generation. Open their eyes and increase their faith. Fill them with courage and boldness at their young ages which will ignite their generation to live up to the way they are known in Heaven.
We pray for a hedge of protection around them as they go to school and ask that their faith be a catalyst for revival in their schools, neighborhoods, and families. Bless Helen Joy. Give her all the strength she needs to provide the growing Zip Code club with the materials they require to pray effectively for their state.
