Human trafficking is an outrageous crime, an attack against those who were created in God’s very image, an attempt to enslave and control, when God’s will is that we live in the Truth who came to set us free! Aglow has a role to play in the abolition of slavery/human trafficking, in the 21st century.
Aglow International is committed to helping people be prepared for emergency situations that occur at inopportune times and with little or no warning. We provide informational resources and are building a network of Aglow women and men trained to be on the front lines when disasters strike.
Friendship Evangelism is a perfect example of an apostolic call to pioneer new works based on relationship rather than function. It is a lifestyle to be lived rather than a goal to be obtained. If every believer would lay hold of the place they work and live we could change the atmosphere in communities around the world.
Aglow Generations is an emphasis of Aglow International to reach the next generations with the Gospel and help empower them as leaders in every field of society, in every stage of life.
God has given mandates to Aglow International concerning Israel and Islam, the sons of Isaac and Ishmael. We realize God works in seasons. It is now a season where He has placed Israel and Islam on the world center stage. Kairos is a Greek word meaning a set time appointed by God. This is the Kairos time for the Jewish people and the Muslim people because it is time for harvest.
Since 1967, trans-denominational local groups -- we like to call them Kingdom Communities -- have provided a safe place for women and men to encounter the love of God, make trustworthy friends, and grow in their faith.

Local groups have long been the heart and soul of the ministry. These Kingdom Communities, called Fellowships or Lighthouses are formed within neighborhoods and workplaces throughout the nations. Our groups have a heart for people and find ways to bring the radiant love of God to their community, neighborhoods and workplaces.
I Chronicles 12:32 speaks of men of Issachar who understood the times. Today, God is calling for men who understand the times – men who will pray with godly authority for heavens kingdom to invade the kingdoms of this world. Such men are found in Aglow!
Led by the Holy Spirit, Aglow’s prayer network has become a heaven-to-earth lightning rod for strategic prayer targeted to significant global issues. Capital Prayer, launched by Prayer Director Nancy McDaniel, is one recent example.
This ministry launches men and women into one of the most exciting, rewarding, and challenging adventures possible. When you step out as a team member in prison ministry, you are joining first with God, the Master Builder of people’s lives, in a project close to His heart -- the restoration of lost people.
Outreaches are all about God’s transformation of people, of communities, of nations. When Jesus said, “Go ye into all the world…” He was talking about us, the bearers of His image, taking news of His transforming power to people who did not yet know it. That’s transformation.
