Jolie and Dakota

(Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5)

Congratulations to Jolie Wolfe of Jefferson County who just became a Jr. Zip Code Captain! Jolie is 12 years old, a hard worker, and she calls Helen Joy regularly. She is always on the weekly prayer call. She loves to pray and asks for more zip codes often.

Helen Joy says, “Jolie lives with her father and an older sister. Right after I appointed her as a Jr. Captain, she went to visit a neighbor boy who is 8. While they played, she encouraged him to pray for his zip code. Jolie is going after other children in her neighborhood both as a friend and a mother hen. She is helping them learn to pray crafted prayers. This is why we must keep declaring the prophetic word over them.” (Prophetic word for Zip Code Club found in Part Four.)

Helen Joy went on to say, “We are not just raising up children to pray, we are building the generations under us so that they will be strong in their identity! This is what Aglow is all about. One generation helping another. As Jolie reaches down to her 8-year-old neighbor, Ali reaches down to Jolie and I reach down to Ali. God has strategically set things in place so that we are all connected. I believe that we are doing what is on the Father’s heart.”

How are you connected to the generations before you and coming after you? YOU have something to impart in them and to learn from them. We would love to hear how you are connecting.

Part Six coming soon!
