Leader Job Descriptions
Recently, I took the opportunity to revisit the job descriptions for each position on Lighthouse Teams and Area Teams. It was amazing to reread and see the identity and anointing contained in the opening paragraphs. As I read through several of the prayers that each team member is to pray over herself, I realized that this should be revisited often. I want to encourage you to take these out this month as you gather for your Team meeting and take the time to listen as each team member reads the opening identity paragraphs to her job description. Stretch your hands toward her as she reads the prayer to recommit herself to the call of being a team member.
President Trump has chosen May 17th as a day to rededicate our nation to the covenant made between our forefathers and God as they landed in America. I would love it if each team would find their job descriptions below, print them out, and read each one aloud into the atmosphere, and see what God will shift and bring into alignment in your community. He has plans for us, or He wouldn’t have said that we would have a group in every community. Not only are Aglow groups a gift to the community, but each one comes equipped to be watchmen on the wall of their community to call Heaven to earth.
In one of Dutch Sheets recent Give Him 15 prayers, he talked about the times of shaking we are in. God warned us about them. What Dutch said encouraged my heart, and I believe it will encourage yours, too. He said God is saying that in times of shaking, we are to advance and take territory. He said that the shaking will hide our advancement from the enemy. (Give Him 15 February 24, 2026)
As the Apostle Paul would say, I find great joy upon every remembrance of you, the leaders at the grassroots level of Aglow. You are truly where the work of the ministry goes forth and makes fruit available for all who will come to eat. My hat is off to you, true heroes of the Faith!
