eNews: Steward It Well

You have heard it said that Lighthouses are a gift of God to the community. And in 2006, a prophetic word was given that there would be a Lighthouse in every village, town, and city around the world. Why would God want an Aglow Lighthouse in all those places around the world? Could it be because in the natural a Lighthouse shines a light to guide ships at sea to safety? What if in the spirit, the collective light from each Lighthouse is more than enough light to dispel darkness in the nations of the world and draw mankind to Christ?

God has spoken so many words into the ministry of Aglow through the last 58 years, and we all know that prophetic words are our history written in advance. What does that mean? It is God standing in our future telling us who we will be when we arrive at that point in time. So, when He tells us He has given a thread into our hands to unravel a garment that cloaks a political system, we should not grow weary in pulling that thread because at an appointed time, that garment will unravel and all will see the spirit behind the system and millions will be set free.

God told us that He trusts us. He told us that we have been positioned geographically and spiritually around the world. When He looks at the earth, He doesn’t see a Lighthouse that closed, or a town that has never had a Lighthouse. No, He sees a Lighthouse in every village, town, and city around the world.

As leaders, we have a responsibility to steward the prophetic words God has spoken to us well. He depends upon us to watch over and keep moving forward in all He has spoken to us for a time yet to come. Hear the Lord saying to you, “Protect what is yours. Challenges will come. Hold steady. Watch over and cultivate (steward well) what has been given into your hands for a time yet to come, for you are leaders like no other.”

Keep calling in the leaders needed to have a Lighthouse in every town in your area, state, region, and nation. They are coming!
