Hosanna! A prayer for breakthrough and victory!

There is a one-word prayer rising in my spirit in this hour — a word that is both a cry for help and a shout of victory. That word is: Hosanna!

Hosanna means “Lord, save!” and “Salvation has come!” It is both plea and praise — intercession and celebration wrapped into one holy proclamation.

As you watch this short prayer video, I want to invite you to join me in declaring Hosanna over:

• impossible situations
• hopeless places
• crises in nations
• the end times harvest
• your life, your family, your city

Hosanna is a turnaround declaration. It ushers in the new era of God’s victory, just as it did on the day Jesus rode into Jerusalem — the day salvation entered the world in fullness.

Let us shout Hosanna with expectation. Let us believe for breakthrough. Let us see the salvation of the Lord in our day.

I am praying with you, believing with you, and expecting with you.

Prophetic Declarations

From the moment they are spoken, prophetic words belong to us and must become as real in our hearts as they are in the heart of God. As the prophetic word is spoken, see God standing in the future, speaking back to you in the present. He is telling you who you are becoming. Be encouraged!

Graham Cooke – Radical Renewal

During our Dawn to Destiny conference in September, Graham Cooke brought a stirring message to us, calling us to participate with God in who Aglow is becoming. He spoke to us about Crafted Prayers. This is something he introduced to us in times past.  But God is asking us to pay attention in a fresh way. Below are some of his thoughts:

A crafted prayer is a call:

• To stand
• To endure through praise, and
• To accomplish with power from on high.

Crafted prayers are prayers:

• Of new purpose and focus. The more we pray, the more purposeful we become in the center of God’s will.
• Of the intention that connects our hearts with the future that God has already determined for us.”
• So crafted prayers connect us with our destiny! Graham tells us that these prayers properly align us with “God’s plan, God’s will, God’s power, and with God’s love and kindness!” They propel us to reach the destiny God has set aside for us! He encourages us to write down our prayers so that we stay connected to the heart of God as this process of destiny unfolds within us. As we pray these prayers we have written down, they keep us wholly aligned with the purposes of heaven.
• Let’s make some declarations over our crafted prayers:
• We declare our crafted prayers will enable us to stand in the perfect will of God
• We declare our crafted prayers are causing us to endure through praise
• We declare our crafted prayers are accomplishing the destiny of heaven over our lives
• We declare that our focus and purpose are renewed through our crafted prayers
• We declare that our hearts are connected with the future God has determined for us as we pray crafted prayers.

Global Prayer Points For Israel:

• SHEPHERD (RO’EH)
  Father, we pray that the lost sheep of the House of Israel would come to know Yeshua as their great SHEPHERD (RO’EH). From Psalm 23:1: The LORD is my SHEPHERD (RO’EH); I shall not want.
• CORNERSTONE (PINAH)
  From Ephesians 2:20-21: Father, we pray that all believers in the land would understand that they have been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the Chief CORNERSTONE (PINAH), in whom the whole structure is joined together, and it continues to grow into a holy temple in the Lord, set apart for Him.
• ADONAI (LORD and MASTER), LIGHT (OR) and SALVATION (YESHUA or HOSHIAH)
  Father, by Your Spirit, draw Yeshua’s body in Israel to decrees and declarations from Psalm 27:1, such as: ADONAI (my LORD and MASTER) is my LIGHT (OR) and my SALVATION (YESHUA/HOSHIAH); whom do I need to fear?  ADONAI (my LORD and MASTER) is the stronghold of my life; of whom should I be afraid?

Summon the Nations!

Aglow International is called to take the Light of Jesus, bring hope, and build the Kingdom in all communities, cities, and nations.

• “Look! You will summon nations you’ve never heard of! Nations who have never heard of you will come running to follow you because Yahweh, your God, the Holy One of Israel, has glorified you.” Isaiah 55:5 TPT
• “He will lift up a banner to signal the distant nations; He whistles for them to come from the ends of the earth. Look! Here they come, running swiftly and speedily!” Isaiah 5:26 TPT
• “I will whistle for them and gather them in, for I have redeemed them, and they shall be as many as they were before!” Zechariah 10:8 ESV

Aglow in the Gates of the Nations

We are praying for Aglow to be affiliated in every nation of the world! We are very close to reaching that goal. Let’s continue to move forward together, a company of champions and global leaders of significance, to see Every nation touched, every heart changed.

• Maldives, Myanmar-Burma, Nepal, Pakistan, Taiwan

Pray also for these nations of Europe where Aglow has a presence. Pray for greater influence on earth as it is in Heaven! Pray for new leaders to arise! Pray for younger generations as they respond to the call of God!

A Note and A Prayer

As I read the words to Nancy’s Facebook post, I was reminded of a time when God was trying to develop a new piece of identity in me. It seemed like I was stuck in a circumstance that wasn’t going away. My attempts to declare my way out of it weren’t working, either. I was stuck in the first part of the Hosanna prayer – the plea for the Lord to save me!…..only the Lord wasn’t saving me!

When I got into a place where I could hear Him, He kindly said to me that I had taken the problem and made it bigger than Him. “So often,” He said to me, “what you do is take your problems and make them bigger than Me. You have talked to Me about those problems, when I have been trying to talk to you about the possibilities.”  

He went on to say that He wanted me to come to Him when the circumstance arises. Then tell Him what has happened. Then ask Him, “How do You see it? What’s the possibility?” After that has happened, He can move me from the plea part of “Hosanna! Lord, save me!” to the praise part of the prayer, “Hosanna! Lord, You have delivered!” That is where the breakthrough comes!

• So Lord, we declare that all our circumstances are in You! You cannot be separated from our circumstances, since You live in us!
• Lord, we declare that You are working all things together for our good, as we submit to the process of Your love in our lives!
• Lord, we declare that we are moving from ‘Hosanna! The plea” to “Hosanna You have delivered!”
