The Lancaster California Community Lighthouse gathers weekly in the home of Lighthouse President, Bobbie Moody. Bobbie writes, “In our ‘Tuesday Evenings at Bobbie's’ meetings, we watch a DVD or go through a book or Bible Study together. The average attendance is 18 to 20 women ranging in age from 19 to 78. Since the first of the new year we began watching the DVDs from the Orlando International Conference.”
“The first week we watched Jane Hanson-Hoyt's introduction from the Leadership portion of the conference. That week I handed out copies of our Aglow Vision/Mission Statement and did an overview of this along with the Covenant Partner brochures. We then began watching Graham Cooke's DVD messages, breaking them into 30 minute lessons in order to have time to absorb, discuss, and find ways to put the principles into practical application in our lives. I prepare some notes to follow, and assign a homework assignment. This week we are to come prepared to share how we 'chose a better thought'.”
“The meetings have been powerful. We are seeing changes in our thinking that is enabling us to see from Heaven's perspective more often, and rejoice together at our transformation!”
