Recently, the Madison Lighthouse hosted a free yard sale at a local nursing and rehab center. Priscilla Weaver, West Virginia Area Team President writes, “Our team joined with a local pastor who holds weekly services at the facility before the giveaway."
"We prepared cupcakes, lemonade, cookies, and snacks like peanut butter crackers, chips, and candy for the residents to take to their rooms. We also gave out shopping bags, helping them sort through the clothing. It was a privilege to pray with many of the residents while we were there.”
