It's almost Christmas, and in Georgetown, Texas, that means the annual Christmas Stroll on the square. A highlight of the Stroll is Bethlehem Village, and Georgetown Aglow was there!
Sponsored by the local Church of the Nazarene, visitors can experience Jewish dancing, register for the census, view a replica of the temple, see the nativity, and several other booths showing the culture of Jewish Jerusalem at the time of Jesus' birth at this Jesus-glorifying event.
For several years, Georgetown Aglow has been invited to participate in the event which is free and open to everyone. This year, several of Aglow members served in the Prayer Tent where visitors entered, shared their prayer requests, and were prayed for on the spot. About 22,000 people passed through Bethlehem Village this year.
What a blessing to come before the Father in prayer with and for those visitors that God sent through the doors of the Prayer Tent.
