News report received 2/27/2018 from Bisi Adeluyi, National President of Aglow Nigeria:
- Nigeria still has abductions by Boko Haram. Over a hundred girls of Chibok are yet to be found, a fresh batch of 110 girls were carted away from their school in Dapchi, Yobe State last week by Boko Haram. All these raise levels of insecurity and reluctance of our women to travel out of their zones. In the Benue State where 78 people were murdered on January 1, 2018, no Aglow member attended the Retreat from the State. These are major challenges in Nigeria.
We will continue to raise our voices as intercessors around the globe declaring the Aglow Vision of restoring people to a radiant place of relationship with God and one another, breaking the tyranny of oppression, and bringing freedom and empowerment to this situation.
