I love what Psalm 134 says, speaking of Zion. “Behold, bless the Lord all you servants of the Lord who stand by night in the house of the Lord!” Maybe you’re one who stands by night as an intercessor. There are Aglow intercessors who stand by night. We can say “in the house of the Lord” because that’s the position of their heart and the focus of their prayers. “Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord.” Are you carrying a sack of worry? Toss it aside! Lift up your hands and bless the Lord in the sanctuary. Get free! “The Lord who made Heaven and earth”, that’s who we’re blessing. “The Lord who made heaven and earth is blessing you from Zion.” That’s Psalm 134 and it’s a promise to you. You’re being blessed from Zion today.
- Lord, I celebrate You, the One Who made Heaven and Earth! You are bigger than any problem so I celebrate Your Goodness!
- Lord, as I worship You in Spirit and in Truth! Hallelujah! Your truth sets me free!
- As I go into this new year, I will stand in Your House, standing in prayer, and bless Your Holy Name – always!
Vision to Activate the Destiny of Nations
As we step into a New Year, embrace hope and a sense of purpose in partnering with God to see the destiny of your nation. Aglow International carries a governmental mantle to pray the will of God into the struggles of the earth to align people and nations with Heaven’s blessing. Ask God for fresh vision for Aglow in your community and in your nation. Ask Him for vision that stirs you into action that is fruitful for His Kingdom. Let us truly see His Kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven! As you pray, meditate on His Word, listen for His Voice, and expect Him to give you His Heart and His strategies.
- Proverbs 29:18 - Where there is no revelation [prophetic vision], the people cast off restraint, but happy is he who keeps the law.
- 1 Chronicles 16:11 - Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore!
- 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 - But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
- Jeremiah 29:11-13 - For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

Your Assignment: Reset the Nations
From the moment they are spoken, prophetic words belong to us and must become as real in our hearts as they are in the heart of God. As the prophetic word is spoken, see God standing in the future, speaking back to you in the present. He is telling you who you are becoming. Be encouraged!
An excerpt from My Ecclesia Will Prevail
Ecclesia, Remnant Warriors, I am calling you to an assignment at another hinge of history.
Your assignment is:
- Reset the nations.
- Put the world on a different track. Put the world on a different path.
- I am calling you to possess the land.
- I am calling you to stop the raiding of inheritance. Like My people in the Exodus who circled the mountain for 40 years, you have circled the mountain long enough.
- Cross over the river and take the land.
- Move into promise.
But know this, you must be strong. You must be very strong. Don't speak unbelief. No evil reports. Don't speak unbelief. You must be a people of great courage. You must be bold. You must be very, very, very bold.
- Lord, give us prayer strategies to bring our nations into full alignment with Your intentions.
- Lord, give us strategies to release the Goodness of God into the generations.
- Lord, show us how to release Your Holy purposes into the mountains of influence in our nations.
- Lord, activate Your Word within us to move into the full possession of all that You have promised.
- We cast down all unbelief and step into a higher level of trust in Your faithfulness, Lord, belief in Your Word, and confidence in Your power to fulfill all that You have promised.
Pray for Israel
- Pray for IDF soldiers – for their protection and courage in this time of war. Pray for Messianic Believers in the IDF as they stand courageously in war and bring hope of Yeshua to fellow soldiers.
- Pray for the safety of civilians, both Israeli and Palestinian.
- Pray that all wicked schemes are uncovered and dismantled.
- Testimonies have been released about the horrors of violent acts on October 7 and beyond. Pray that all truth is revealed. Pray that there is no retaliation against those giving eyewitness accounts of the atrocities that have occurred. Pray that evil is uprooted and destroyed.
- When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place. For now, I have chosen and sanctified this house, that My name may be there forever; and My eyes and My heart will be there perpetually. As for you, if you walk before Me as your father David walked, and do according to all that I have commanded you, and if you keep My statutes and My judgments, then I will establish the throne of your kingdom, as I covenanted with David your father, saying, ‘You shall not fail to have a man as ruler in Israel.’ – 1 Chronicles 7:13-18
Summon the Nations!
Aglow International is called to take the Light of Jesus, bring hope, and build the Kingdom in all communities, cities, and nations
- I will whistle for them and gather them, for I will redeem them. And they shall increase as they once increased. – Zechariah 10:8 NKJV
- Look! You will summon nations you’ve never heard of. Nations who have never heard of you will come running to follow you because Yahweh, your God, the Holy One of Israel, has glorified you. – Isaiah 55:5 TPT
- Look among the nations and watch—Be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it were told you. – Habakkuk 1:5
- Pray for Aglow in your Region of the world to arise as a strength in the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.
- Pray for nations where Aglow has not yet built a community of Kingdom believers. Lord, open the doors and resource Aglow to propel the Kingdom in these nations!
Anti-Human Trafficking – Watch and Pray!
January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month. Human trafficking is a wicked scheme against the beauty of God’s creation that is not limited by national borders. It is a global problem that can be exposed so that the sin stops and victims are rescued and healed as we watch and pray.
- Pray that the Church will be unified and viewed as a valuable and necessary resource in this battle (John 17:23).
- Pray that traffickers and buyers will find their transactions interrupted and their wicked plans frustrated (Ps. 9:16, 10:15, 146:9). Pray they will see the reality of what they are doing and seek help (Phil. 2:3–4; 1 Cor. 6:18–20).
- Pray that victims will be found and will receive the offered help despite fear, threats, and deception (Matt. 10:28; Ps. 72:12–14). Pray they will experience restored minds, bodies, and lives through Christ (Zech. 9:11–12; Rom. 12:2).
- Pray that law enforcement and rescuers will have a shield of physical and spiritual protection as they hear about and see the horrible violations done to the victims (Ps. 5:11–12).
Aglow in the Gates of Nations
We are praying for Aglow to be affiliated in every nation of the world. We are very close to reaching that goal. Let’s continue to move forward together, a company of champions and global leaders of significance, to see Every nation touched, every heart changed.
- Declare Awakening throughout the nations of the earth!
- Guadeloupe, Guam, Iran, Iraq, Jordan
- Lord, empower Aglow people in these nations to hasten Your Great Awakening.
- Pray for passion to fulfill Jesus’ apostolic commission to establish the Kingdom of God in each nation.
- Lord, open the gates of nations to the King of Glory!
- Lord, stir a deep compassion in me for the people of these nations.
- Pray there is an opening for Aglow International to cultivate a presence in every nation that creates an atmosphere of celebration, impartation, and restoration.
- Pray for Christians in every nation to grow in courage and an overcoming spirit.
- Pray also for these Caribbean nations where Aglow has a presence. Next month we will pray for more Caribbean nations. Pray for a greater influence for the Kingdom of Heaven. Pray for new leaders to arise. Pray for younger generations as they respond to the call of leadership in Aglow.

A Note and A Prayer
You who wait on the Lord shall renew your strength. You shall mount up with wings like eagles. You shall run and not be weary. You shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
This is a verse that brings us such strength and hope. It also gives us quite a picture of our position in God when we pray. The word “wait” at the beginning of this verse is full of revelatory meaning in the original language. It means “to tie, twist, bind, or entwine”. It describes the process of binding or braiding fibers together to form a strong rope. What does that have to do with prayer? When we pray, we must focus on the goodness, the power, and the provision of God who will break through with the miracle we need. Instead of binding our hearts to the need, we bind our hearts to our gracious, powerful Father. Instead of being entwined with hopelessness and unbelief, we must be entwined with our God Who heals, delivers, saves, and provides. By faith, we tie our weakness to God’s strength. Simply stated, when we pray, let go of our needs, hold on to God, and He will hold on to us. What is the result of that kind of prayer? Our strength is renewed. We rise up higher than the problem. We run out of distress and walk in the overcoming power of testimony. So, wait on the Lord! Wrap yourself in His goodness and grace!
Lord, I pray for strength for each Aglow intercessor around the world today. Help each one to let go of their needs and become inseparably entwined in the strength of Who You are. Set us free from the things that seem to hold us captive and bind us to Your Grace.
