Stand in Awe at What God Has Done

We still stand in awe at what God has done and is choosing to continue to do and has stated, “You will be used in this Third Great Awakening”. Stay on your toes. Stay on your spiritual toes. Be aware of what God is saying and what He is doing. Personally, I do not think that it is something we can plan for. It is something that will unfold, and we will step into it. We will not be afraid because we have walked the way of the Spirit. We will easily step into the new thing that God is doing. I am excited about that . . . Aglow has been used as a catalyst for prayer around the world. We have seen renewal amongst women. Because women have gotten renewed and gotten their focus off themselves and onto the Lord and His business, it has made changes in homes. Women are not looking to husbands to give them life, we are looking to Jesus to give us life! Now we can live in right relationship with the men that we love . . .

We have entered a Third Day season. Expect some things to be different. Good, but different. Never be afraid. Be expectant. Dan Juster said, “We believe that Aglow has a wonderful and profound calling in the last days leading up to the return of the Lord.” Do you believe that? That means that you are a part of that. Expect things to shift and change. I have seen things that I have long prayed for begin to shift and change. It is not because of greater effort on my part. Something has shifted in Heaven. Things are on the move.

• Lord, we stand in awe at what You have done in the earth through Aglow!
• Stir me with a fresh expectancy of the changes You are bringing and the wonders You shall do.
• Thank You for equipping and resourcing us for everything we need to fulfill Your Kingdom call!

Summon the Nations!

Aglow International is called to take the Light of Jesus, bring hope and build the Kingdom in all communities, cities and nations

• I will whistle for them and gather them, for I will redeem them. And they shall increase as they once increased. – Zechariah 10:8 NKJV
• Look! You will summon nations you’ve never heard of. Nations who have never heard of you will come running to follow you because Yahweh, your God, the Holy One of Israel, has glorified you. – Isaiah 55:5 TPT
• Look among the nations and watch—Be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it were told you. – Habakkuk 1:5
• Pray for Aglow in your Region of the world to arise as a strength in the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.
• Pray for nations where Aglow has not yet built a community of Kingdom believers. Lord, open the doors and resource Aglow to propel the Kingdom in these nations!

Anti-Human Trafficking – Watch and Pray

January is Human Trafficking Awareness month. Human trafficking is a wicked scheme against the beauty of God’s creation that is not limited by national borders. It is a global problem that can be exposed so that the sin stops and victims are rescued and healed as we watch and pray.

• Pray that the Church will be unified and viewed as a valuable and necessary resource in this battle (John 17:23).
• Pray that traffickers and buyers will find their transactions interrupted and their wicked plans frustrated (Ps. 9:16, 10:15, 146:9). Pray they will see the reality of what they are doing and seek help (Phil. 2:3–4; 1 Cor. 6:18–20).
• Pray that victims will be found and will receive the offered help despite fear, threats, and deception (Matt. 10:28; Ps. 72:12–14). Pray they will experience restored minds, bodies, and lives through Christ (Zech. 9:11–12; Rom. 12:2).
• Pray that law enforcement and rescuers will have a shield of physical and spiritual protection as they hear about and see the horrible violations done to the victims (Ps. 5:11–12).

Prayer for Nations

Lord, bless us, enlarge us and empower us to take territory for Your Kingdom. May we always walk with your Hand of guidance and favor upon us. Crush evil as we walk in Your Presence and power, and keep us from harm. May we carry Your blessing, demonstrate Your goodness and walk in Your love as we carry Your Name to subdue the works of darkness and release Your glory in the earth. Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. – Isaiah 60:1-2

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit – Matthew 28:19

• Pray for strategies to disciple people in your nation
• Pray for your nation – Where do you see the greatest needs for a breakthrough of the glory of God upon your nation? Declare His Majesty and Glory. Expect miracles!
• Pray for the nations surrounding yours.
• Declare the rulership of the Prince of Peace in each nation and in the relationships between nations.

Prophetic Declarations

Our prophetic words are our history given in advance. From the moment they are spoken, they belong to us and must become as real in our hearts as they are in the heart of God. As the prophetic word is spoken, see God standing in the future, speaking back to you in the present. He is telling you who you are becoming. Be encouraged!

An excerpt from Expansion of the Vision

Do not misunderstand the shaking as being an acceleration of the wrong thing, but see it rather as an answer to divine prayers. For in the shaking, I am rearranging opportunities. In the shaking, I am moving obstacles out of the way. In the shaking, I am taking out the insurmountable things and rearranging the order of things. I am opening up gates that were long locked shut and I am repositioning you, says the Lord. I am repositioning you. Greater authority, greater access and greater utterance.

• Lord, thank You for Your shaking that is dismantling strongholds and opening gates of Your Glory in the earth!
• Lord, we take hold of everything You have given to this ministry and step into the fullness of Your promises and provision.
• Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome – Numbers 13:30

We are praying for Aglow to be affiliated in every nation of the world. We are very close to reaching that goal. Let’s continue to move forward together, a company of champions and global leaders of significance, to see Every nation touched, every heart changed.

• Lord, empower Aglow people in these nations to hasten Your Great Awakening.
• Thank You, Lord, for Your overcoming spirit in Aglow throughout the world. Be encouraged as you share these fresh testimonies of the Goodness of God!
• Lord, love the world through me! Show Your goodness through me!
• Pray for passion to fulfill Jesus’ apostolic commission to establish the Kingdom of God in each nation.
• Lord, open the gates of nations to the King of Glory!
• Pray for Aglow to establish powerful Kingdom Communities founded on the fullness of Christ in every nation.
• Pray there is an opening for Aglow International to cultivate a presence in every nation that creates an atmosphere of celebration, impartation and restoration.
• Pray for Christians in every nation to grow in courage and an overcoming spirit.
• Pray also for these Middle Eastern nations where Aglow has a presence. Next month we will pray for more European nations. Pray for a greater influence for the Kingdom of Heaven. Pray for new leaders to arise. Pray for younger generations as they respond to the call of leadership in Aglow.

A Note and A Prayer

Throughout scripture, God often sent His judgment, His deliverance or a demonstration of His Presence through a manifestation of wind. In exodus He caused devouring locusts to blow into Egypt on His wind, and He parted the Red Sea with His mighty wind. In Acts His Spirit was demonstrated in a powerful way as a mighty rushing wind which filled the room and filled believers. As we enter a new year with so many expectations, ask God to send the mighty wind of His Holy Spirit to fill you with fresh life and fresh anointing.

Lord, I lift up Aglow intercessors around the world as they are praying for their nations. Come Holy Spirit! Come Wind of God! Come Breath of God! Lift each one up to ride on the Wind of Your Spirit! Blow Heaven’s Truth and Justice across our nations to judge the works of wickedness. Breathe Heaven’s life into our nations, our businesses, the economy, our families, our governments. Spirit of God, blow Your Wind to part each “Red Sea” that stands as an obstacle before us. Come Holy Spirit, blow upon each Aglow intercessor and fill each one with fresh expectancy of Your Great Goodness.
