Be Bold! Be Courageous! Be Expectant!
This is an excerpt from Jane’s recent letter, Aglow – Our Divine Advantage.
I want to encourage you today to be bold when He asks you to speak truth. Be courageous to stand even if you are the only one, for He is standing with you. Be expectant that He will do all He has promised. New leaders are coming! New groups are being birthed! Signs, wonders, and miracles will amaze us. Hold steady and see His Goodness in the land of the living!
Lord, we know Who You are! We know how You love us, how You cover us, how Your Goodness goes before us and comes behind us. Thank You for opening our eyes to fully see how Heaven sees us, how Heaven has prepared us to be the help You have sent for our generation. We are humbled and strengthened. We are honored and in awe of You. We love the ways You have led us in the past and look forward with great expectation to how You will lead us on into the future. What a Mighty God we serve! We love You.

From Jane - With all the chaos in the world today, what a comfort it is to know we stand upon the solid Rock as we live our life in Christ. No matter what comes in the days ahead; we know, we know, WE KNOW! Christ in us is our Hope, our Strength, our Power. He is our Patience. He is our Healer. He is our Joy. He is our Everything! Join with us in St. Louis as we celebrate 55 years of knowing that our God is unshakeable and immovable.

- Pray for all that the Lord intends to impart to Aglow is released with great power through this conference and received with eager hearts.
Prayer for Nations
Lord, bless us, enlarge us and empower us to take territory for Your Kingdom. May we always walk with your Hand of guidance and favor upon us. Crush evil as we walk in Your Presence and power, and keep us from harm. May we carry Your blessing, demonstrate Your goodness and walk in Your love as we carry Your Name to subdue the works of darkness and release Your glory in the earth. (Adapted from I Chronicles 4:10)
Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. – Isaiah 60:1-2
Lord, cause Your Glory to arise in Your people in my nation causing my nation to become a carrier of Your Glory in the earth.
European Nations
Pray for nations that are vulnerable during the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Pray for wisdom, safety and courage.
Sri Lanka
Crisis is continuing to escalate in Sri Lanka with protests against government decisions that have made the people vulnerable to lack of basic provisions. Many are struggling to provide food for their families. Pray for godly leaders to arise to steer Sri Lanka out of this crisis. Pray that Aglow people will stay strong and bring hope and light to their nation.
Nigeria
Nigeria is experiencing very difficult times. The economy is very low with fuel and food difficult to obtain. Security is challenging, and kidnappings continue to be a threat. Roads, trains and other forms of transport are dangerous. There are people of prayer in Nigeria and Aglow stands boldly and courageously in the face of such difficulties.
- Thus says the Lord of hosts: “Consider and call for the mourning women, that they may come; and send for skillful wailing women, that they may come. Let them make haste and take up a wailing for us, that our eyes may run with tears, and our eyelids gush with water. For a voice of wailing is heard from Zion: ‘How we are plundered! We are greatly ashamed because we have forsaken the land because we have been cast out of our dwellings.’ ” Yet hear the word of the Lord, O women, and let your ear receive the word of His mouth. Teach your daughters wailing, and everyone her neighbor a lamentation. For death has come through our windows, has entered our palaces, to kill off the children—no longer to be outside! And the young men—no longer on the streets! Jeremiah 9:17-21
- If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
- Lord, thank You that You hear the cry of Your people and will heal their land.
- Declare breakthrough in the economy and security of Nigeria.
- Pray that the darkness and threat of those who seek to hurt the people is completely cut off so safety and peace is restored.
- Pray for the courageous people of Aglow as they bring strength, encouragement and transformation to their nation.
United States of America
The US Supreme Court recently issued a righteous decision that determines that abortion is not a constitutional right in the USA. While people who hold to Biblical values celebrate this decision, the battle for life persists as the current administration, many states and influential institutions continue to advocate for abortion.
- Declare LIFE!
- Lord, You said, the thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. John 10:10
- For the Lord is our Judge, the Lord is our Lawgiver, the Lord is our King. He will save us. Isaiah 33:22
- Pray that the hearts of all people are turned towards life.
Prophetic Declarations
Our prophetic words are our history given in advance. From the moment they are spoken, they belong to us and must become as real in our hearts as they are in the heart of God. As the prophetic word is spoken, see God standing in the future, speaking back to you in the present. He is telling you who you are becoming. Be encouraged!

Aglow in the Gates of Nations
We are praying for Aglow to be affiliated in every nation of the world. We are very close to reaching that goal. Let’s continue to move forward together, a company of champions and global leaders of significance, to see Every nation touched, every heart changed.

- When the Holy Spirit stirs your heart about a person or a community or a nation, respond like Isaiah – Here am I! Send me! I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” Isaiah 6:8
- Embrace a fresh anointing and passion for evangelism. Share the love of Jesus with people you meet daily. Tell the testimony of how Jesus interrupted your oppressive circumstances to redeem the outcome. Pray for the needs of people you talk with and expect miracles.
- Thank You, Lord, for Your overcoming spirit in Aglow throughout the world. Celebrate the testimonies of Aglow.
- Lord, awaken us to practical ways we can “love our neighbors” and demonstrate Who You are for them.
- Pray for passion to fulfill Jesus’ apostolic commission to establish the Kingdom of God in each nation.
- Pray that an Aglow Prayer Group will be established in the capital cities of every nation.
- Pray for Aglow to establish powerful Kingdom Communities founded on the fullness of Christ in every nation.
- Pray there is an opening for Aglow International to cultivate a presence in every nation that creates an atmosphere of celebration, impartation and restoration.
- Pray for Christians in every nation to grow in courage and an overcoming spirit.
- Pray also for these European nations where Aglow has a presence. Next month we will pray for more European nations. Pray for a greater influence for the Kingdom of Heaven. Pray for new leaders to arise. Pray for younger generations as they respond to the call of leadership in Aglow.
