The nation of New Zealand recently held a Leadership Summit at a hotel right in the center of the capital city, Wellington. It was a beautiful venue with waterfront views.
Jeanette Ward, National President of New Zealand said that the larger venue stretched their faith as it required a larger worship team than normal and more sound equipment. Jeanette said, “We had an amazing group of musicians that were well received. When the Summit was concluded, the whole team offered to be available for our 50th Aglow Birthday celebration because they loved the atmosphere so much and seeing fired up people of God.”
The key note speaker was Pastor Tak Bhana, Senior Pastor of Church Unlimited in Auckland. He has a real heart to see revival in New Zealand. While he wasn’t able to be with us on Sunday morning, in his message to his church, he spoke highly of the Aglow ministry. Pastor Bhana has a heart for Aglow and greatly encouraged all our Kingdom minded leaders.
Christie Spaulding, the new Director of the Aglow International field, was able to send a written message of greeting and encouragement to those in attendance and it was read aloud and well received.
