Hunger for More

My father was a student of the Word. He was a powerful preacher, greatly anointed by the Holy Spirit. I can remember many times, at the end of a Sunday morning service, after listening to his message, I felt I couldn’t move from my seat. He delivered the Word with such a riveting effect. It created a hunger in my own heart to know God as he knew God. That hunger remains to this day. The desire for more…more revelation, more insight, more of the Holy Spirit, more of God, to overtake my life in increased ways. It never leaves me. It has only increased through the years. . . . I am so thankful for my heritage and for the hunger that was transmitted. It began with the preaching of a fiery, bold Irishman, who touched the life of my father in such a way that continues yet today. My prayer is for that kind of zeal in preaching to return to the church, and for that kind of fearless, bold description of “God’s Love,” and “God’s Hell” to overtake us, affecting and transmitting everyone in our path. COME HOLY SPIRIT!!
- Grant to Your servants that with all boldness, they may speak Your Word by stretching out Your Hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the Name of Your Holy Servant Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and they spoke the Word of God with boldness. (Acts 4:29)

From the moment they are spoken, prophetic words belong to us and must become as real in our hearts as they are in the heart of God. As the prophetic word is spoken, see God standing in the future, speaking back to you in the present. He is telling you who you are becoming. Be encouraged!
An excerpt of a message through Tim Sheets in 2023
The early church led a movement with great boldness, with unrestrained boldness. They said what God said with fearless boldness and I am hearing that call to the body of Christ in our times. Holy Spirit is anointing the Ecclesia with an outpouring of boldness like has never been seen before. Unrestrained boldness. . . . The Words that God spoke to Joshua after the death of Moses just prior to Joshua taking them into the to the promised land have been occupying my spirit for a few weeks now. It has been as though those Words are being breathed into the Ecclesia in a fresh way, into the true church. I believe that these Words are being breathed fresh into Aglow and ministries like Aglow. They are a living Word to us. Joshua 1:9, “Have not I commanded you be strong and of good courage. Be not afraid, neither be dismayed for the Lord Your God is with you.” I'm commanding you, “Be strong.” I am commanding you, “Be courageous.” I'm commanding you, “Do not be dismayed.” Dismayed means distressed because of something that is unexpected. When unexpected things arise do not be dismayed. Like an evil report or like a bad report that you get, don't be dismayed. If the unexpected is stated or comes your way do not be dismayed.
- Lord, I stand strong and courageous in the power of Your might. I will not fear. I will not be dismayed when unexpected things arise. My strength is in You!
- The righteous are bold as a lion! Proverbs 28:1
- Holy Spirit, consume me with Your power and passion that takes all restraints off so I will boldly declare Your Word.

Surrounding the Nations in Prayer
Pray for Israel Israel
In the wake of Iran's attack on Israel and the continued hostage crisis, one columnist in Israel referred to this as the worst period of time since the holocaust for the Jewish people. While we rejoice that Israel's defense system thwarted the missiles, the response of Israel is very urgent and requires much wisdom. Pray for Israel.
- Pray for leaders in Israel, especially Netanyahu, Gallant, and Gantz, along with the Israeli Cabinet and the Knesset. Pray the wisdom of God prevails in their hearts to bring them into unity for the best response to this situation.
- Pray for leaders in America, Europe, and the Muslim countries - pray they are unified in the best way to support Israel at this time.
- Pray the forces of evil against Israel are dismantled - both spiritual forces and enemies of Israel. Lord, send myriads of angelic warriors to protect and defend Israel.
- Protect and release the hostages held in Gaza.
Elections Worldwide
2024 is an unprecedented election year. Globally, more voters than ever in history will go to vote in at least 64 countries. Many of these elections will prove consequential for years to come. As the Ecclesia, the legislative assembly of Heaven on earth, this is an important time for us to pray for the fullness of God’s purposes in the nations.
- If your nation has a significant national election this year, pray urgently for God’s Hand to move decisively on behalf of your nation. Then, pray for elections in other nations.
- Local and regional elections are also very important. Pray for those elections closest to you.
- Pray for the strength and courage of Believers to hear God’s Heart as they pray for God’s Kingdom to come and His will to be done in their nations.
- Pray that the power of God dismantles any schemes of darkness that might come against fair, honest elections or against any candidates.
- Pray the election process is fair, legal, and free of corruption or manipulation.
- Pray for citizens to discern truth as they consider candidates.
- Pray for election outcomes that bring nations into alignment with the Goodness of God and position nations for a great move of God.
- Pray for these key elections scheduled in May in these nations: India, South Africa, Madagascar, Panama, Dominican Republic, Lithuania,

Summon the Nations!
Aglow Int’l is called to take the Light of Jesus, bring hope and build the Kingdom in all communities, cities and nations.
- Pray for Aglow in your Region of the world to arise as a strength in the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.
- Pray for nations where Aglow has not yet built a community of Kingdom believers. Lord, open the doors and resource Aglow to propel the Kingdom in these nations!
- Pray for the Ecclesia in these nations to grow in understanding and support of Israel.
- Has the Lord put a special burden in your heart to pray for a specific nation? He is giving that nation to you as part of His inheritance (Psalm 2:8). Pray daily for the people of that nation to awaken to God’s Presence!
Aglow in the Gates of Nations
We are praying for Aglow to be affiliated in every nation of the world. We are very close to reaching that goal. Let’s continue to move forward together, a company of champions and global leaders of significance, to see Every nation touched, every heart changed.
- Declare Awakening throughout the nations of the earth!
- Lord, empower Aglow people in these nations to hasten Your Great Awakening.
- Pray for passion to fulfill Jesus’ apostolic commission to establish the Kingdom of God in each nation.
- Lord, open the gates of nations to the King of Glory!
- Lord, stir a deep compassion in me for the people of these nations.
- Pray there is an opening for Aglow International to cultivate a presence in every nation that creates an atmosphere of celebration, impartation and restoration.
- Pray for Christians in every nation to grow in courage and an overcoming spirit.
- Pray also for these European nations where Aglow has a presence. Pray for a greater influence for the Kingdom of Heaven. Pray for new leaders to arise. Pray for younger generations as they respond to the call of leadership in Aglow.

A Note and A Prayer
Isaiah 33:6 says, “He will be the stability of your times, a wealth of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge; The fear of the Lord is His treasure.” Matthew 6:6 tells us to pray from a secret or private place. What if the Lord is more interested in what is in the secret places of our hearts than He is in the location of our prayer or the words we use? As He looks into our hearts, does He see the fear of the Lord? The fear of the Lord is a rich treasure to be highly valued. The fear of the Lord, along with the perfect love of Christ, drives out all other fear in our hearts. The fear of the Lord fills us with confidence in the eternal faithfulness of God and His power over anything that comes to harm or discourage us. It releases a bold confidence that we truly can do all things through Christ. It establishes our commitment to the purposes of God in a way that is unshakable. It opens a place of worship and devotion in our hearts that causes us to rise in Heaven’s Glory. When you pray, let the secret places of your heart be filled with the fear of the Lord, His treasure.
Father, thank You for the richness of Who You are that turns our hearts away from worldly fear and fills us with the deep treasure of knowing You. As we link our hearts in prayer with intercessors around the world today, fill us with the boldness and confidence that the fear of the Lord gives us. Where fear of circumstances in this world try to invade our hearts, cause the greatness of Your Glory to drive every worldly fear far from us. Let Your words fill our hearts and give us boldness. “Be strong and of good courage. Be not afraid, neither be dismayed for the Lord Your God is with you” (Joshua 1:9). In Your Mighty Name, Amen.
