We recently received a message from an Aglow leader in a nation that has been suffering severely and violently under the strong hand of a corrupt government. For obvious reasons we cannot identify the leader or her nation. But we want you to know members of our Aglow family are living in the midst of these very real situations that we hear about in our daily news. Please pray protection for these dear ones, and that peace and prosperity will again come to their land.
Eph 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
This is true for us in our nation as we have recently gone through an obvious satanic or demonic attack. I live just opposite a shopping area and a clinic. During recent violence there was terrible looting and people destroyed everything. They stole everything they could carry off, even the wheel chairs from the clinic. All I could do was go into my house and pray. God is faithful. Although we could not save anything from the shops or the clinic, our lives were spared. It was my first time to experience tear gas.
Thank God for His grace and love we were not hurt or our property damaged, although we had nowhere to buy food for two weeks. Things are slowly taking shape now, but the nation still needs much prayer.
