Acknowledgments will be sent after each reservation booking, modification, and/or cancellation. Review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail, fax, or mail within 14 days after any transaction, please contact the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center at 1.800.772.8527.
To take advantage of the special Aglow International rates, be sure to book your reservation by October 13, 2016 at 5:00pm PST. After this date, the official Aglow International blocks will be released and rooms will be subject to hotel availability. All rates are per room, per night, and are subject to a 13.10% tax (subject to change), and a Hotel Services Fee of $5.00 per day (subject to 8% sales tax). This Hotel Service Fee gives you: complimentary guest room Wi-Fi, unlimited access to the Fitness Center, complimentary shuttle service to local shopping centers, 10% off spa services and much more. Hotel may charge additional fees for rooms with more than one occupant. See Rooms Rates below. When making a reservation, please provide room and bedding preferences in the Special Requests section of the Housing Form. Please be advised that requests are not guaranteed.
All Internet, phone, mailed, and faxed in reservation requests must be guaranteed by a credit card, money order, or check. If paying by money order or check, please mail to the above address. All checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to Town and Country Resort & Convention Center. Credit cards must be valid thru December 13, 2016.
Please note: an authorization of one night’s room and tax will be charged on your credit or debit card when a reservation is made. In the event that you do not arrive on your requested arrival date, the card given at the time of booking will be charged one night’s room and tax. All reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
You may modify or change a reservation up until your arrival date.
Any reservation with a declining credit or debit card will be subject to cancellation. In the event that you do not arrive on your requested arrival date, the card given at the time of booking will be charged one night’s room and tax. All reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
Individual departure dates will be confirmed upon check-in. Any adjustments to departure date should be made at that time. Shortened lengths of stay, thereafter, will result in a one-time $50.00 administrative fee plus tax. Early departure fee is not applicable in cases of emergency, which hotel will consider on an individual basis.
For quality accommodations, comfort, safety and best prices we strongly recommend that you to
stay within Aglow’s housing block. Please do not hold rooms that you may not use.
All rates are subject to 13.10 % Occupancy & Sales tax and $5.00/day Hotel Service Fee (subject to 8% sales tax). Hotel remits $10 per room per night to Aglow International to defray part of the conference expenses.
