Your registration for conference constitutes your acknowledgment that an inherent risk of exposure to viruses and other hazards, that may cause injury or sickness, exists in any public space where people are present. By attending the 2021 Aglow Conference in Orlando, FL, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of exposure to viruses and agree not to hold liable Aglow International, nor any of their affiliates, directors, advisors, employees, or volunteers, and will not attempt to hold any of them liable for any illness or injury.

By attending the Aglow International 2021 Conference in Orlando, FL (to include registrants and non-registered children who will be seated on laps that you bring under the age of 18) you voluntarily assume all risks related of exposure to COVID-19.

  • Registration fees: There will be no on-site registration at this year’s conference. Registration must be received on or before August 31, 2021.
  • We encourage Online or Phone registrations: If we receive your MAILED registration after Aglow’s limited 800 seats are full, you will be notified by phone and have the option to be added to a waitlist. Waitlist registrants are not guaranteed a spot at conference. You will not be charged registration or receive a confirmation until a spot opens up- at that time you will be notified.
  • Cancellation/Transfers: All cancellation requests must be in writing and received on or before August 31, 2021. A cancellation fee of $50 will be retained on all refunds. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for processing. All transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on or before Sept 15, 2021. Registration fees not refunded or transferred wll be considered a donation to Aglow International.
  • Your registration for conference constitutes your permission for Aglow International to exhibit and use your picture and name in Aglow productions to be distributed by any and all means, media, device, process, technology, now or devised in the future.” Personal recording of general sessions, either audio or video format is prohibited.
  • There will be no sign language signers at the 2021 Aglow Conference.
