Pray for Israel

II Chronicles 32: 7, 8 “Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid nor dismayed before the king of Assyria, nor before all the multitude that is with him; for there are more with us than with him.  With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God, to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people were strengthened by the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.

• Pray for God’s guidance and protection on the people of Israel during this time of conflict in the land.
• Pray for a revelation of the Lord God of Israel who keeps His covenant with the land and with His people.
• Pray that the strategies of those who war against Israel would be exposed and stopped.
• Pray for encouragement and strength of heart to do all that is necessary to insure the security of all the people throughout Israel.
• Pray also for the protection and encouragement of the Arab Christians living in the territories most effected by the current crisis.
• Proclaim these Psalms of Victory and strength for Israel each day of each week:
  • Monday – Psalm 124 – The Lord is on your side, Israel!
  • Tuesday – Psalm 125 – Peace be upon Israel!
  • Wednesday – Psalm 20 – The Name of the God of Jacob will defend you!
  • Thursday – Psalm 33:10-22 – Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord!
  • Friday – Psalm 83 – We seek Your Name, O Lord!
  • Saturday – Psalm 20:11 – Give strength to your people and bless them with peace!
  • Sunday – Psalm 32:7-11 – Surround Israel with songs of deliverance and shouts of joy!

Proclaim What God Has Said to the Asian Nations -- China

I Timothy 1:18 says, “. . . according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare.”  As we proclaim the prophecies the Lord has given, we can use those words to war for the destiny of our nations.  During the next few months we will focus on some of the words God has spoken over the foundation and destiny of some of the Asian nations, proclaiming the fulfillment of all that God has purposed for this region of the world.  As we pray for Asia, we do so with the understanding that when God brings a great move of His Spirit in one continent, it will affect the whole world and bring us all close to God’s heart for His Kingdom.

China is at a very strategic point in her history.  Many Christians in China recognize China’s destiny with Israel and prayerfully support good diplomatic relations with Israel.  They sense a prophetic mandate to carry the gospel back to Israel on the Silk Road.  Many believe that the Chinese are descendents of Shem and worshipped the God of Heaven before idolatry entered the land – they are destined to worship God.

• Pray that all China will return to her Godly roots, to Jehovah God and embrace worship of the Lord Jesus Christ in Spirit and in Truth.
• Pray that China will fulfill her God-given destiny and raise up mighty evangelists to China, to Israel and to all the world.
• Pray that China will respond to global issues with dignity and restraint.  And pray for wisdom to deal with the issues of a rapidly growing population, world market and economy.

Operation 222 - "Pray In" The Nations Still to be Reached

Operation 222 is a prayer assignment named for the 222 nations in the world. Today, we are in 172, with 50 nations yet to be reached. Let’s continue to move forward together, an army in the Spirit, to see these nations touched by Aglow! 

• This month, pray especially for: Qatar, Reunion, San Marino, Seychelles, Solomon Islands
