Venezuela - Coro Women's March 2009: Early in the morning of Saturday, December 5, a feisty group of Aglow Coro women led by its president, Liria Subero, and with the support of five local churches and the Venezuela National Board, raised their voices like trumpets and marched through the streets of the most ancient city in the country in the Coro Women's March 2009. The sole purpose was to exalt Jesus Christ as the only and true God with the banner, "For Values' Sake" so they militantly interceded and proclaimed the planting of the the Kingdom of Heaven in the land. Stops were made along the march to cry out for the nation and its rulers, for families, youth, and children. The march ended in the Bolivar Square, where Aglow Venezuela President Nelda Castellano led praise, prophetic dancing and shared words of encouragement with those in attendance. Castellano urged us to reactivate the Ten Commandments in our lives as individuals and families. This powerful blow to the enemy was sealed spiritually when we repossessed the territories God gave us as inheritance. So in the wake of Kentucky... Paraguay: Aglow in Paraguay is living in a very special season. Our leader, Teresa Cicoria, is doing a great job, and the different groups are quite motivated. They have plans to open groups in a couple of cities, other than Ciudad del Este. The Aglow leaders are part of a cell phone network and communicate all day long. Teresa sends verses, short motivating messages, prayer requests, and different alerts and news to the leaders´ cell phones. They are currently organizing a 3-day retreat in a country resort. Mirta Juri Patrono, Aglow South America Director, will be one of the speakers.
Argentina: Aglow Argentina held a powerful conference March 3rd. Stella Maris Ollah, the Aglow National President gave teachings on how to be the light of the world. Women were set free through prayer and the power of the Word of God. The women held candles and made declarations of faith.
